His rich experience and knowledge in the areas of Management Development System, Training Needs Analysis and Customer Service Excellence has taken him abroad to countries like Singapore and India to conduct various courses.
Alagan’s past 15 years working experience has exposed him extensively in the field of Quality management Systems and Human Resources Development. He has designed and successfully implemented many programs, which includes Effective Managerial Skills, Communication Skills, Leadership and Managerial Development, Motivational & Leadership, Outdoor /Indoor Teambuilding, Positive Work Attitude, Training Needs Analysis & Train-the-Trainers, Problem Solving & Decision Making Skills.
